Attended the Cocktail Magique show and had a great time! The venue is quaint. The insence scent was strong coming in but it subsided pretty quickly. All show actors and staff were incredible..from the security guy at the front to the performers. They didn't have food but we grabbed the cake pops they had available ($5 each) and they were very yummy. Took pics and video but don't want to give it away so not sharing more. So I recommend seeing this show with my entire being. If you don't, you are truly missing out. This show had me absolutely gooped, gagged, gobsmacked, and the like. I bruised my hand from clapping so much and so hard and was losing my voice from screaming LOL. I don't typically write reviews, but I had to for them. This was my first burlesque show, and I don't see anything topping it. I had no idea what to expect, but I was not expecting thee entire WORKS and then some!!! There were mystifying magic tricks, jaw-dropping vocals, crazy athletic feats, quick-witted comedy, and, of course, incredible dancing. The vocals were so phenomenal that it took me a second to realize it was live! Every detail was perfect, down to the performer's hair, make-up, costumes, the set/stage, props, lighting, etc. The space itself is so cool too, with interactive moments during the show (I don't want to give it ALL away lol). The show, venue, and performers create an intimate space, which makes it all the more engaging, adding a more tailored, personal touch. This was part of my sister's bachelorette weekend and was easily the trip's highlight. They knew we were a bridal party and gave her extra attention during the show, and she even left with a special memento. I know it really meant a lot to her. And then not only are the performers putting their entire HEARTS into their performances, but during the intermissions, THEY are making your drinks/serving you. They do not get a break! So please tip them accordingly! AND the drinks were delicious and presented beautifully. Like… you’re joking. If you do make the incredibly wise decision to go, PLEASE be an engaging crowd, hype up, and APPRECIATE the performers!!! The crowd at the show I attended was not doing enough, in MY opinion. Let loose and have fun! The performers will reflect that energy back to you. Each performer is a superstar with their own unique personalities that shine through, and I wish them all the very best. I will forever be so thankful to them and all the people that made this entire experience possible! Perhaps this all sounds very dramatic, but I am simply speaking my truth. What do you get when you combine MAGIC, BURLESQUE, COMEDY, DRAG & SPEAK EASY VIBES? 🔮✨️ By far,  one of the best shows we've ever seen! The performances in #coctailmagique were unique, intreaging, and so artistically curated down to the very last detail. The main character who narrates the experience will have you hooked from the moment the show begins. His energy, facial expressions, and persona are what truly made "COCTAIL MAGIQUE" the one of a kind performance we never imagined it would be. The entire staff radiates perfection with their all natural and beautiful bodies. This was by far one of the most impressive touches for us. The coctails are served in tea cups and coupes, sophisticated in taste, but pack quite a punch (no pun intended). Their space is NYC sized but so marvelously decorated. You will be sucked into one of the most whimsical and seductive experiences as they take you down a rabbit hole to figure out WHO Matild is and wondering which of her personalities is your favorite. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Artists/staff are serious professionals. My sister was having some serious anxiety during the show, and despite us interrupting, everyone was so understanding and it the staff had no idea how much that meant to us. We are so sorry, and thank you so much. I have been telling everyone about this show. If you're going to a show in NYC, THIS IS THE ONEEEEEEEEEEE. Seats are tight and if comfort is a priority, get the couch tickets. Tickets are pricey, and you might be wondering if the show is worth the price. The service and ambiance were absolutely incredible. The details alone were so well done. Everyone there was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I'd absolutely go again and would recommend it to anyone to go check out. The drinks were delicious and strong (which I loved). For the team - you are all such an amazing group of lovely people. The world is in such a dark place and you all made me forget that for two hours. I was in such awe of you all and I couldn't stop laughing that I cried (happy tears though!!). Came here for my sister’s weekend birthday celebration, and it was one of my first activities after moving to NYC — the vibes are IMMACULATE. It’s the perfect blend between burlesque and magic show. Staff are incredibly kind (and the drinks are also accommodating for those who prefer non-alcoholic options), the costumes were stunning, the show was incredible and funny, and overall the atmosphere was nothing short of fantastic. I had the absolute pleasure of witness cocktail Magiore on 07/14/24. It was genuinely one of the most interesting and exquisite experiences I’ve ever had. The show was absolutely incredible, from the intricate sets and costumes, to the talented individuals. Dude, can’t explain it.  We went to their other show over the holidays, the nutcracker so we decided to come here when we visited Brooklyn. I love cocktails so we decided to try this show and it was magnificent.  Go see it before it’s gone. What an amazing experience! My partner brought me to Cocktail Magique during our New York trip and I had no idea what to expect. After a brief exchange by email with Company XIV, we got bar seats for the show and to our lovely surprise we were upgraded for a sofa seat. What an amazing show!!! Easy place to get to (only one block from L train). Small cozy intimate venue. There is no bad seat, the very, very talented performers walk around the room. 2 small complimentary drinks and 3 small bites were a nice surprise. There were some groups there for birthdays and anniversaries - I can understand why because if you want to be entertained and see a fabulous burlesque show, this is place to go.
