HOW DO I VIEW THE SEATING CHART?
Click BUY TICKETS, select a date then select a show time. The seating chart will appear below the calendar.
IS THERE ACCESSIBLE SEATING?
At Théâtre XIV all seats in Row D are wheelchair accessible. At Cocktail Magique Theatre all seats in Row B are wheelchair accessible. For assistance with your existing reservation click here.
ARE MY TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE?
No. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable–all sales are final. Per New York State law you may transfer your tickets to anyone you choose. Simply reply to your reservation confirmation email to make the change.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
Each performance runs approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes including two intermissions.
DO I NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION?
No. Proof of vaccination is not required for entry.
WHAT TIME DOES THE VENUE OPEN?
The bar at both venues opens 30 minutes prior to showtime.
DOES THE VENUE SERVE FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes, we serve a curated list of immersive cocktails, champagne and treats.
WHAT IS YOUR MOST LUXURIOUS SEATING?
We recommend a Champagne Couch for Two at Théâtre XIV and the Magique Luxe Couch for Two at Cocktail Magique.
WHERE SHOULD WE DINE?

ARE STREAMING PERFORMANCES AVAILABLE ON-DEMAND?
Yes. Once a streaming performance premieres it is available for on-demand viewing until your streaming pass expires.
CAN I WATCH STREAMING PERFORMANCES ON MY TV?
Yes. We recommend casting from Chrome browser or Android device to Google Chromecast. Alternatively, you may mirror your iOS Device or Mac desktop to AppleTV using Airplay mirroring.
CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD OR CREDIT VOUCHER?
Yes.We must first transfer your credit to the gifts and streaming platforms. To help us get started on your order, please complete the Credit Transfer Request Form. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your credit has been transferred.

CAN I ORDER INTERNATIONAL?
Please do. We require a $50 shipping deposit for international orders and will refund any unused amount.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we process and mail your order you will receive a tracking number via email.
