HOW DO I VIEW THE SEATING CHART?
You must register or log into your account to view available seats at Théâtre XIV. You may also log in by clicking “My Account” in the navigation menu.

 

 

IS THERE ACCESSIBLE SEATING?
Seats in Row D are ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible. For assistance with your reservation click here.

 

 

ARE MY TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE?
Théâtre XIV has a final-sale policy. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Our partner, Booking Protect, offers refund insurance for some claims. You may add this protection to your purchase for an additional fee during the checkout process.

 

 

HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
Each performance runs approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes including two intermissions.

 

 

DO I NEED TO SHOW PROOF OF COVID VACCINATION?
Yes, all patrons are required to show proof of vaccination for COVID-19. No one will be allowed to enter the venue without proof of vaccination. All documentation must be submitted in English or accompanied by a certified translation. Verification of documentation is at the sole discretion of Théâtre XIV. Additional information or documentation may be requested and if requested must be provided in order to verify.

 

 

WHAT HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE?
We’re preparing for the safest season yet. Our ventilation system is continually exchanging the air inside the venue with fresh air and we’ve installed an advanced ion scrubbing filtration system. For more information on our Health and Safety protocols please click here.

 

 

DO I NEED A BOOSTER SHOT?
No, patrons are not required to show proof of booster shot for COVID-19 to enter Théâtre XIV. However, we highly recommend all eligible patrons to get boosted.

 

 

WHAT TIME DOES THÉÂTRE XIV OPEN?
The bar at Théâtre XIV opens one hour before the showtime.

 

 

DOES THÉÂTRE XIV SERVE FOOD AND DRINK?
Yes, we serve a curated list of immersive cocktails, champagne, absinthe and treats.

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR MOST LUXURIOUS SEATING?
We recommend a Champagne Couch for Two with a Moët Upgrade. You receive a luxurious full bottle of sparkling Moët & Chandon Impérial when you arrive at your seat. Couches at XIV seat two comfortably.

 

 

WHERE SHOULD WE DINE?

Le Garage
Present your show ticket at Le Garage for a complimentary glass of champagne with your meal.

The Ten Bells
Quaint restaurant and bar serving delicious tapas, natural wines and cocktails.

 

STREAMING

 

ARE STREAMING PERFORMANCES AVAILABLE ON-DEMAND?
Yes. Once a streaming performance premieres it is available for on-demand viewing until your streaming pass expires.

 

 

CAN I WATCH STREAMING PERFORMANCES ON MY TV?
Yes. We recommend casting from Chrome browser or Android device to Google Chromecast. Alternatively, you may mirror your iOS Device or Mac desktop to AppleTV using Airplay mirroring.

 

 

CAN I PAY WITH A GIFT CARD OR CREDIT VOUCHER?
Yes.We must first transfer your credit to the gifts and streaming platforms. To help us get started on your order, please complete the Credit Transfer Request Form. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your credit has been transferred.

CAN I ORDER INTERNATIONAL?
Please do. We require a $50 shipping deposit for international orders and will refund any unused amount.

 

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we process and mail your order you will receive a tracking number via email.
