You can book online.
HOW DO I VIEW THE SEATING CHART?
Click BUY TICKETS, select a date then select a show time. The seating chart will appear below the calendar.
HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
You may request a new password here.
ARE THERE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
Théâtre XIV & Cocktail Magique Theatre are 21+ establishments. Guests must show ID for entry.
ARE MY TICKETS REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE?
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; all sales are final. However, in accordance with New York State law, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to another guest. To do so, simply reply to your reservation confirmation email, and we’ll be happy to assist with the update.

WHAT TIME DOES THE VENUE OPEN?
Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. We invite you to arrive early, grab a drink, and take in the atmosphere—it’s the perfect time to snap a few Instagram-worthy photos before the show begins!
HOW DO I GET TO THE THEATRES?
Théâtre XIV is located at 383 Troutman Street. Cocktail Magique Theatre is located at 17 Wyckoff Avenue. Both are easily accessible by public transport, rideshare, or car. For subway riders, the nearest stop is the Jefferson L Train Station.
IS THERE PARKING?
Most guests who drive have no issue finding street parking outside the theatre. There is also a parking lot nearby on DeKalb Ave.
Dress Code & Experience
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We do not enforce a dress code. We only ask that you leave the burlesque to the performers.
IS THERE COAT/BAG CHECK?
While we do not offer supervised coat/bag check. Guests are welcome to leave coats, bags, and small luggage in our armoires upon arrival. We ask you stow any items larger than a purse for ease accessibility.
WHAT IS YOUR MOST LUXURIOUS SEATING?
We recommend a Champagne Couch for Two at Théâtre XIV and the Magique Luxe Couch for Two at Cocktail Magique.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
Each performance runs approximately 2 hours and includes one intermission.

DOES THE VENUE SERVE FOOD AND DRINK?
Our bar offers a curated selection of craft cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, and snacks to complement your experience. While we don’t offer full dining on-site, we invite you to explore our list of recommended nearby restaurants below if you’re looking for a meal before or after the show.

WHERE SHOULD WE DINE?
Favorite neighborhood eats include Monkey King, Turk’s Inn, The Ten Bells, Ra-Ra Rhino and Roberta’s.
Accessibility
IS THERE ACCESSIBLE SEATING?
At Théâtre XIV all seats in Row D are wheelchair accessible. At Cocktail Magique Theatre all seats in Row B are wheelchair accessible. For assistance with your existing reservation send us an email at reservations@companyxiv.com. There are no steps into the venues or their facilities.
ARE THERE ANY EFFECTS USED DURING THE PERFORMANCE?
Yes. Our productions may include incense, haze, and strobe lighting. Guests with sensitivities to scent, smoke, or flashing lights are encouraged to take this into consideration before attending.
