Austin McCormick

Creator, PRODUCER, DIRECTOR & CHOREOGRAPHER

Austin created Company XIV in 2006 wowing critics and audiences with a unique blend of circus, Baroque dance, ballet, opera, live music and lavish design. Recent credits include choreography for the Metropolitan Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera, Canadian Opera Company, The Juilliard School, Guggenheim Works in Process, Carnegie Hall La Serenissima festival, Gotham Chamber Opera and the Kennedy Center, Houston Grand Opera and Opera Columbus. @austinmccormickxiv

Zane Pihlström

COSTUME & SCENIC DESIGNER

Zane Pihlström has been the resident costume and set designer with Company XIV for over ten years. His work with the company has garnered him Drama Desk and Innovative Theater Award Nominations. Outside the sparkling world of Company XIV, Zane has a substantial international career designing plays and operas with companies in Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania and China. Zane holds an MFA from the Yale School of Drama. more >>

“A SUPERNATURAL FORCE CONJURING WITCHY DISCO HITS” —Ladygunn Magazine.

A classically trained ballerina and French horn player, LEXXE made the switch from pointe shoes to pop music in 2015. Known for starring as The Devil in Company XIV’s Seven Sins she reprises her role as Alice in Queen of Hearts contributing 7 original songs. She is currently working on her debut full length album, set for release Fall of 2024. This will be her 9th XIV show. more >>

Brian Tovar

Lighting Designer

Brian is an award winning and drama desk nominated designer. XIV: Nutcracker Rouge Theatrical: The Public Theater, Ars Nova, Page73 Playwrights Realm, Prospect Theater, Goodspeed, Signature, Denver Center, Barrington, Two River, Pioneer, among others. Live Event: Original Museum of ice Cream, and 29Rooms, Hall of Magic, Tyra Banks’ Modelland, among others. Brian is a frequent collaborator with the City of New York and has created and designed multiple art installations in NYC. more >>

Sarah Cimino

Makeup Designer

Sarah Cimino in a NYC based makeup artist and designer, and has been the makeup designer for Company XIV for over 13 years. Broadway Design credits: Moulin Rouge! The Musical (Broadway, National Tour), Caroline, or Change (Roundabout). Additional credits: The Juilliard School, Ars Nova, Park Avenue Armory, Santa Fe Opera, Lincoln Center Theatre, Gotham Chamber Opera, Princeton Opera Festival, NYU Grad Acting, Manhattan School of Music, National Black Theatre. Nicholas Katen

ASSOCIATE CHOREOGRAPHER

Originally from Gaston, Oregon, Nicholas Katen has been a dancer and acrobat in New York for over 14 years. He has a BFA in dance from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. Throughout his career he’s had the opportunity to perform works by: Mark Morris, Arthur Pita, Terry Brock, Alex Ketley, Barak Marshall, Andrea Miller, Josh Bergasse, Chet Walker, Seán Curran, and Austin McCormick. He has been a member of Company XIV since 2013 and became the Associate Choreographer in 2024. more >>

Charlie August Kellogg

WIG DesignER

Charlie August Kellogg is a Brooklyn based hair artist creating wigs and headpieces for drag artists and night life performers with previous experience in theatre. Among many credits, Charlie has worked as a hair artist for the McKittrick Hotel’s special events numerous times, was part of the hair crew for SUFFS at The Public Theater, is KCACTF Region 1 award winner, and national competitor. Alongside designing wigs for Company XIV, Charlie also works backstage running Wardrobe for Seven Sins and Nutcracker Rouge. @creationsofcain

Jana Violante

DRAPER & COSTUME SHOP SUPERVISOR

Jana has worked in NYC shops including The Juilliard School, Public Theater, Eric Winterling, and Timberlake Studios. She specializes in 18th century women’s fashion and enjoys reproducing historical garments for museums. Jana graduated with a degree in Costume Design from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Theater Arts in 2015. @janaviolante
